Driver profiles including name, vehicle type, photo, and rating are visible to riders during and after a booking. CNIC and document details are stored securely and only accessed by our verification team. Bank account details used for payouts are encrypted and never shared with third parties except your bank for transfer purposes.
Rider name, phone number, and pickup/drop location are shared with the assigned driver only during an active booking. After trip completion, only trip history details are retained. Your payment card information is processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partners and is never stored on our servers.
All payment transactions are processed through certified third-party payment gateways (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and card processors). We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes on our servers. All financial data is transmitted using TLS/SSL encryption. For driver payouts, bank account details are stored in encrypted form and used solely for transferring earned amounts.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Buggy Carpool platform, including the mobile application, website (buggycarpool.com), and all related services provided by Buggy Ride Technologies, Double Road, Alfalah Town Phase 1, Cantt View Housing Scheme, Lahore 54000, Pakistan. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms in full.
The following are strictly prohibited on the Buggy platform:
All content, branding, logos, software, and platform features are the intellectual property of Buggy Ride Technologies. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, Buggy shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of profits or business; damages arising from Driver conduct or third-party actions; or service interruptions due to technical failures or force majeure events.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. Before pursuing legal action, you agree to first attempt resolution through Buggy's dispute resolution process by contacting support@buggycarpool.com.
Buggy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via app notification or email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
